RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at [dmt.shoopp@gmail.com] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. In many cases, we offer a full refund without requiring the physical return of the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by DMTSHOP for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
